My journey has had many many highs and a few lows. From being Head Coach at the 2018 Hockey World Cup, to living and working across three continents, to leading teams to building new distribution channels I have come across many performance challenges. From going through the grief of losing two children and my son being diagnosed with a terminal disease I have had to overcome many personal challenges and go to the depths to keep moving forward. These highs and lows have shaped how I support leaders and businesses on their high-performance journey. I pride myself on providing simplicity, clarity and accountability to organisations that helps them truly connect as leaders and get out of their own way. Being curious and inquisitive by nature I observe, playback and guide teams to remove the blockers and leverage on what needs to be true for them to be successful.

As a proud parent I want my son to follow what I do and not just what I say. I want him to see me growing every day, and living out my values.

I’ve spent the last 25 years asking questions to individuals and teams to help them identify where they want to go and then helping them on how to get there. I am passionate about helping businesses and leaders find the right path, and then stay on it.

Having been on a global talent program for one of the largest global insurance groups, consulted within financial services, built businesses and also coached hockey at a World Cup and Commonwealth Games, I have a wide spectrum of experience, knowledge and stories. I am obsessed with helping businesses, and individuals, live their legacy today and achieve what they are capable of. I sometimes struggle to turn my brain off as it constantly sees opportunities for greater impact, performance and fulfilment.
