Ash’s passion for performance was born in elite team sports as a junior Olympic gold medalist for Team GB, and it was this grounding that went on to underpin a 20+ year career building teams and developing brands and business for some of the biggest consumer goods and retail businesses in the world.

Ash ran commercial teams for Mondelēz, Heineken, Aldi and L’Oréal before later developing capability and consultancy programmes for Mastercard and Kantar Consulting before founding Bring Your A-Game in 2016.

An accredited ICF and High Flow Coach, Ash and the team have been designing and delivering programmes that deliver evidenced performance impact for clients around the world.

30 years on, Ash continues to play International team sports, representing England Masters Hockey – as reigning champions of Europe in 2025, the team are looking forward to a World Cup this summer.

A keen adventurer and runner, he is also part way through a world-first series of charity ultra and marathon events at the seven natural wonders of the world, raising over £20,000 to date.
